This class is geared to preparing students for higher level ELA leading into high school English. We will study grammar, vocabulary (including Latin and Greek root words), and literature. The students will learn the importance of the writing process and writing structure and style with IEW and through literature. There will also be 2 more novels the student will chose and independently read. Our class will be full of life, creativity, discussion group work, and hands-on activities.
